ID Difficulty:  amber  – care required in the identification process, as confusion with similar species is likely – quality photographs required.
ID pointers: Forewing is a peachy-brown-cream with less defined blackish-brown patches
Distribution:  (First record: 1 January 1980 at Beeley Moor )  –  (Last record: 6 September 1993 at Derbyshire Bridge, Goyt Valley, Derbyshire Peak District )  –  Status in Derbyshire Uncertain as only two records. It is a high moorland species, so should be encountered on the moors of Derbyshire
