Taxonomy:   Micro   >>  Choreutidae  >> Choreutinae
ID Difficulty:  green  – easy to identify, generally distinctive and unlikely to be confused with other species.
ID pointers: Forewing can be bright orangey or reddish brown to greyish brown. Often with wavy black cross-lines and a pale thick cross band all forming an attractive pattern across the wings.
Distribution:  (Last record: 13 September 2013 at Ripley )  –  Very few records, so Derbyshire status difficult to determine. Suspect under-recorded, locally scarce and widely distributed across the county.
General Comment: None
