- easy to identify, generally distinctive and unlikely to be confused with other species.ID pointers: Fairly distinctive looking moth. Scalloped trailing edges to the wings and overall golden brown ground colour, with two dark-brown wavy cross-lines running through both wings.
Distribution: (Last record: 22/07/2019 at Long Eaton ) - A resident in Derbyshire, that is scarce and very locally distributed through the Trent Valley area. Very few records.
