Taxonomy:   Micro  >>  Pterophoridae ID Difficulty:  green  - easy to identify, generally distinctive and unlikely to be confused with other species.
ID pointers: Very distinctive and one of the larger plume moths. Wings are divided into several “fingers” each of which are intricately feathered or plumed.
Distribution:  Locally fairly common in the county on Convolvulus & Bindweed and generally found in gardens and on waste ground.
