ID pointers: A pale sandy brown forewing with a single large blackish spot in the centre of each wing. A scattering of small dark brown flecks and spots randomly over the forewing. A string of spots along the termen.
Distribution: A fairly widespread but localised species in the county where there is Broom.
Flight Period: April / May / June / July / August / September / - On the wing April – September.
Moth Activity: Cathemeral - and is attracted to light
