Taxonomy:   Macro  >> . >>  Geometridae ID Difficulty:  green  - easy to identify, generally distinctive and unlikely to be confused with other species.
ID pointers: Really unmistakable, a medium sized green moth with cream and fawn blotching on trailing edges of hind and forewing are diagnostic.
Distribution:  (Last record: 18/06/2023 at Kirk Hallam )  -  Last recorded in June 2023 – A resident that is rare, with isolated records each year. The species appears to be mainly restricted to sites in the south of the county, but isolated vagrants are recorded from places well away from their usual habitats. For example one was trapped at Froggatt on 22nd June 2016 by Kate & Bryan Barnacle. Five records between 2019-2023 with last one on 18 June 2023 from Kirk Hallam.
