Confusion Species:  Gypsonoma dealbana
ID pointers: Care is needed in identifying this olethreutinae, as there can be slight variation in colour and markings. The ground colour is white mixed with grey/brown. The basal patch having the outer edge angulated, median fascia poorly defined showing grey/brown markings, a weak apical spot in subterminal fascia.
Distribution:  (First record: 24 October 2025 at Allestree; Markham Vale )  –  (Last record: 24 October 2025 at Allestree; Markham Vale )  –  A first VC57 & Derbyshire record of this species.
