ID pointers: Forewing is a mottled array of black, brown and grey, with a creamy white to pale yellowish-brown triangular dorsal mark with a finger-like projection towards the apex. The wings appear to have a screwed-up look about them at rest.
Distribution:  (First record: 1 August 2005 at Kings Newton )  –  (Last record: 1 August 2005 at Kings Newton )  –  First county record – Only one record from Kings Newton 1/8/2005. Maybe an immigrant or wanderer.
