Distribution:  (Last record: 2024 )  -  Last recorded 2024 – A very rare migrant, and now range expansion from the south, possibly now established in Derbyshire and surrounding counties – An unprecedented eight individuals were trapped during September 2023 and two more in October 2023, including my very first one in my garden trap on 10th October 2023. None were pristine individuals, indicating possible migration, or a long flight. Other modern day records include 2012 from Findern and one seen and photographed October 14th 2020 at Calke Park. A pristine individual was recorded from a garden light trap in Chaddesden, Derby on 7th September 2024.
