Taxonomy:   Micro  >>  Crambidae ID Difficulty:  green  - easy to identify, generally distinctive and unlikely to be confused with other species.
ID pointers: The orange rusty-brown ground colour, black markings and two black spots in each forewing make this an easy pyralid to identify. Note also the white legs.
Distribution:  A regular migrant species recorded in small numbers during the autumn.
