ID Difficulty:  Red – difficult to identify – detailed examination required, often a Gen Det and/or specimen and quality photographs are required.
Confusion Species: Udea lutealis;
Distribution:  An extremely rare immigrant with less than 10 British records to the south coast of England. The moth is hard to identify from other similar species. There is one record on DaNES Checklist prior to 2010. I think this record needs further discussion.
