ID pointers: Distinctively marked with a diamond shaped patch on the dorsal area. Can be variable in colour, but distinctively marked blackish-brown along the inner margin.
Distribution: Most probably a localised but fairly common species in the county.
Flight Period: April / May / June / August / - On the wing during April – June and August.
Moth Activity: Nocturnal Crepuscular - active from dusk into the night
