Taxonomy:   Micro  >>  Tortricidae Other Name/s: Great Marble and The ‘banded’ form, wahlhomiana. ID Difficulty:  amber  - care required in the identification process, as confusion with similar species is likely - quality photographs required.
ID pointers: The typical form is a relatively plain purplish-brown with a darker central cross-band. There is also a banded form wahlhomiana, which is quite common.
