Taxonomy:   Micro  >>  Tortricidae Other Name/s: Oak Marble ID Difficulty:  green  - easy to identify, generally distinctive and unlikely to be confused with other species.
ID pointers: A rather variable species showing a rich mixture of reddish ground-colour overlaid with darker and paler marbling. The whitish dorsal blotch can be large and conspicuous in some cases.
Distribution:  (Last record: 27/08/2024 at Melbourne )  -  Generally uncommon across Britain. Status in Derbyshire uncertain with very few records since 2010. Last recorded in 2023. Would suggest it is very localised.
