Confusion Species:  Argyresthia brockeella (Gold W); Argyresthia goedartella (Brassy Y)
Distribution:  (Last record: 26/06/2010 at Swadlincote )  -  Harrison & Sterling described the species as widely distributed among willow carrs and damp woodland, last record was Carvers Rocks 12/6/1981. Today there are very few accounts -DaNES shows one record 26/6/2010 from Swadlincote.
