Distribution: A resident that is local and can be common and widely distributed in Derbyshire. It is more frequent in the lowland areas of the county, being scarce further north in the Peak District.

Flight Period: May / June / July / August / - On the wing May – August.

Moth Activity: Nocturnal Crepuscular - active from dusk into the night
