ID Difficulty:  green  – easy to identify, generally distinctive and unlikely to be confused with other species.
ID pointers: A distinctive little micro that is metallic-golden brown and when fresh has a purplish-bronze flush around the base of the fore-wings. A noticeable yellowish head and a white band in the antennae.
Distribution:  (Last record: 13 August 2025 at Calke Park )  –  Status in Derbyshire is uncertain as very few records are available of this attractive micro and leaf miner. Leaf Mines found on Lime trees at Calke Park 13/8/2025
