Taxonomy:   Micro  >>  Adelidae Other Name/s: Green Long-horn ID Difficulty:  green  - easy to identify, generally distinctive and unlikely to be confused with other species.
ID pointers: Very long whitish antenna, three times the length of the forewing. Bronze or greenish metallic forewings.
Distribution:  Widespread and abundant in woodlands throughout the county. They can swarm during mid and late May.
