Confusion Species: Phycitodes maritima (Coast Knot-horn); Homoeosoma nimbella (Sheep’s-bit Knot-horn)
Distribution:  (Last record: 2006 at Newhall, Swadlincote )  -  Part of a complex group of three species which are all very similar. DaNES – Only two records from 2006 one from 23/6/2006, Midway, Swadlincote & one from 7/8/2006 Newhall, Swadlincote.
