Taxonomy:   Micro  >>  Tortricidae Other Name/s: Lozotaeniodes formosanus ID Difficulty:  green  - easy to identify, generally distinctive and unlikely to be confused with other species.
ID pointers: Quite distinctive. Forewing pale yellowish brown ground colour intricately patterned in cross bands with orange-brown edged with brick red.
Distribution:  (Last record: 18/07/2024 at Belper )  -  An uncommon and localised species in the county wherever there is Scots Pine. Between 2004 – 2024 69 records (iRecord) – recorded each year in small numbers
