Mine Period Additional: The larvae mine the stems, shoots and spines of Gorse and the mines are rarely encountered. The larva feeds in the epidermis of thinner stems and causes slight blistering.
Mine ID Difficulty:  Red Mine Leaf – Mine cannot be identified without breeding through and then adult may need to be examined by Gen Det Prep.
