Confusion Species: Emmelina argoteles
ID pointers: Forewing is twisted or divided and is a pale brownish colour. Moth rests looking like a cross or T Shape. Marks usually include a small dark spot at one-third along forewing. Abdomen has a pale buff dorsal longitudinal band with brown streaks along the midline.
Distribution: Common and widely distributed across the county on Convovulus and Bindweed.
Flight Period: January / February / March / April / May / June / July / August / September / October / November / December / - On the wing in almost all months of the year.
Moth Activity: Diurnal - and is attracted to light
